Your student has been invited to participate in the 2024 Calvary Academy Champions Dinner on Friday, October 25, 2024. The event is held in the Main Sanctuary at Calvary Academy, 1730 West Jefferson Street.
Students will be assigned one or more of the following roles:
- Greeting (beginning at 5:30pm)
- Selling Heads & Tails opportunities (beginning at 5:30pm)
- Give tours of Calvary Academy to our guests. (beginning at 6:30pm)
- Performing with the choir
- Assisting guests as they exit
- Tear down event
Participation requires administration approval and parent’s approval. Your student has been approved by administration. Please complete the form below to approve your student's participation by Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
All participating students are asked to wear a Calvary Academy t-shirt with nice jeans or pants. All students will be served dinner and are asked to stay until the end (approximately 9:00pm) of the event. They may only leave when given permission by Dr. Hinckley, Mrs. Smith, Mrs. Houchin, or Ms. Tina Antonacci. Dinner is provided for students participating in the event.
